Michael entered the trade young and built his expertise through hands-on experience, followed by years as a licensed insurance adjuster, and later a roofing branch manager here in Florida. Along the way, he saw both the craft and the chaos of the industry. What stood out was the gap between what homeowners deserve and what they actually received.
